This crushable orange-amber hued haze bomb greets you with juicy citrus and tropical fruit notes from the large additions hops. NE Cashmere and NE Triple Pearl lend themselves to subtle melon and strawberry aromas. Hints of resin, earthiness, and spice round out the nose. Columbus Hop Hash gives a clean bitterness without being overpowering. Vienna adds a touch of malt richness while not outshining the hop bill.

This is a nice easy drinking wheat beer with a little grain character from the flaked wheat. Malted wheat adds a slight citrus flavor. Hopping is intentionally low to allow malts to shine and not overpower the delicate fruit character.

Our homage to the easy drinking beers brewed in Mexico (para nuestros parientes y amigos). These brews were inspired by and, in some cases, originally brewed by German and Czech brewmasters. The use of Midwest corn really brings this beer home for us.

An easy drinking beer with just enough complexity to make it interesting. Brick Red Ale drinks like a lager, with the attitude of an ale. Nutty aroma gives way to mild sweet caramel flavor and subtle background hops, with a smooth finish.
